In Chicagoland, Compass competes with long-standing, trusted brokerages like Coldwell Banker, Jameson Sotheby, and @properties. Our task was to let audiences know Compass may be new(er), but our agents' local expertise isn't.
To support agents all throughout Chicago and surrounding suburbs, we created a campaign that hit some of the most high-traffic areas and most popular publications.
City-specific publications and out of home played off of Frank Sinatra's hit "Our Kind of Town". Imagery of the Wrigley building was a nod to the lyrics, helping audiences to piece together the local nuance.
To capture commuting audiences that may not be aware of Compass’ suburban presence, we placed inbound / outbound language and supporting, familiar imagery on the highway.
To catch people on the go on the ground, our final touch-point was utilizing taxi toppers. Messaging and design alike were pithy, pointed, and minimal.
